Our Story
Bill Lemacks has been building custom homes for families around Charleston for decades. Now joined by his son, Dalton, their family is dedicated to making the home building process as seamless and memorable as it should be. Their team of licensed builders and skilled craftsmen have nearly 45 years of combined experience building superior quality homes. In addition to being a general contractor, Bill Lemacks is a structural engineer. Multiple of his team members are licensed home builders, electricians, and plumbers. Their technical knowledge, skilled hands, and full availability to their clients is preserving the art form that is custom home construction.
